Summer 2016, shot with my Canon EOS Rebel
These are a couple of my favorite photos of Benny (short for Eggs Benedict), he is one of 2 roosters here on the farm. He is a very gentle bird and quite a beauty! A photo of Benny was also featured in Grit’s Spring 2017 Guide to Backyard Chickens, Pg 9 in Counting Your Chickens. Unfortunately, his write up said that he was an alert hen but all the ladies here know differently!
