UPDATE: The state has now pulled all of the 2018 proposed detailed rules and regulations from consideration. What does this mean? Well, this means that the original freedoms given by the North Dakota Cottage Food Act remains as they were initially outlined. As always, things change and can always change further into the future. Who knows? Maybe we will end up seeing laws evolve but the power of our voice is something we should never doubt!
